Seniors,
Please complete the Senior Bio Form included here. This
is the information to be included in the Music Department
Yearbook. These forms will be used to paint a pretty
picture of you in your entire Timberlane musical career!
When completed, please hand in to Mrs. Mastorakos or
email it to TMASeniorBios@yahoo.com. Please complete
the form by 2/19/2010 if at all possible. It does not
matter if you don't know what college you are going
to or your future plans yet - we can always update that
information later. If you have any questions, please

Leslie Barbera at lbarbera@forestincentives.com. Also,
we are always looking for pictures or you and/or friends
from your entire musical career in Timberlane to include
in the book.
